About the role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist – Beijing Coordination, you will take on a central interface role between the Frankfurt BioCampus (FBC) and our production site in Beijing, China. You will be responsible for the quality-assuring coordination of all Beijing-related activities and will ensure GMP compliance as well as seamless cooperation between both sites.
Our FBC Quality Systems QA Operations Support Team ensures the highest quality standards through systematic quality management, proactive monitoring, and continuous process improvement. The team is responsible for the quality assurance of all quality control-related processes and activities at the Frankfurt BioCampus. As part of our team, you will actively contribute to ensuring product quality and will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in an international and significant area of the pharmaceutical industry.

Main responsibilities:
Intersite communication & coordination:

Support communication and collaboration with the Beijing site on quality-relevant topics
-
Participate in coordination with the Beijing site
-
Support a smooth flow of information between FBC and Beijing
-
Participate in product-related topics involving Beijing
Deviation and Change Control Management:
-
QA-side processing of deviations in the Quality Systems area with Beijing relevance
-
Coordination of Change Controls with Beijing relevance as a Quality function, in particular intersite Change Controls between FBC and Beijing

Support for GMP-compliant documentation and tracking
QA Support for QC activities:

Participate in the QA-side processing of Laboratory Investigations (LIs) in the FBC Quality Control area for Beijing products

Support QA review and provide technical advice for QC-related GMP documents with Beijing project relevance at FBC
Audit & Inspection Readiness:

Support the preparation of audits and inspections with Beijing project relevance

Support audits and inspections within the scope of your own professional expertise
About you
Experience:
-
Strong knowledge in the field of QA/QC or vocational training supplemented by relevant professional experience

Experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in the pharmaceutical industry
Soft skills / Technical skills:

Independent, responsible, and meticulous way of working according to GMP requirements

Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams

Strong sense of responsibility and quality-oriented action

Understanding of production processes and quality assurance systems

Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
Education:
- Completed university degree in engineering or natural sciences, or a completed degree in pharmacy with strong knowledge in the field of QA/QC
Languages:
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (English is mandatory as the daily working language for communication with Beijing)

The salary range for this position is :€79 104,00 - €105 472
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
