Ready to play a key role in the quality performance of a strategic vaccine production site? Join Sanofi in Val-de-Reuil as a QA SPECIALIST. Reporting to the PCU Leader, you will work within the liquid formulation building as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current quality standards and will contribute, alongside existing teams, to maintaining the performance of our operations and bringing high-stakes products to market.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of quality events in collaboration with support teams: identify root causes and act to limit new occurrences by implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Field intervention working closely with operational staff: gather essential information for fact-finding in the event of a quality incident, support production regarding quality culture, and prepare for audits and inspections by ensuring practices and facilities are maintained at the appropriate level.
  • Management of quality and production documentation: review and approve documents related to Quality Assurance and Production department activities.
  • Project monitoring: contribute to the success of projects by providing quality expertise throughout the deployment of implementation phases.
  • Commercial batch confirmation: ensure the continuity of market supply for high-impact products for populations.

About you

Experience

  • Experience gained in production, quality control, or Quality Assurance

Education

  • Pharmacist degree

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of GMP/GDP and quality processes.

  • Proficiency in batch release.

Soft skills

  • Autonomy and rigor

  • Proactivity, proposing innovative solutions and anticipating potential issues

  • Versatility, comfortable working on several business sectors simultaneously

  • Collaboration, teamwork, and natural cross-functional work, with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Organization, ability to prioritize tasks and synthesize information effectively

Languages

  • Minimum B1 level in English (written and spoken).

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
