About the role
As a QA Specialist within our Product Operational QA (AQP) team, your main mission is to be the primary quality contact for production, present on the shop floor to resolve quality issues in real-time, make decisions, and actively contribute to the site's performance. Ready to get started?
Key responsibilities

Ensure that production activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle

Manage and resolve quality-related issues effectively and within established timelines

Management of deviations (approvals, strategy, investigation review, and closure) and CAPAs.

Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary

Shop floor presence and online review of sector documentation with a continuous improvement approach to identify quality issues as closely as possible.

Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections by providing support and documentation

Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify and resolve potential quality issues

About you
Experience
- Experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
Education
- Pharmacist or Master's degree (Bac+5) in microbiology, pharmaceutical sciences, biology, or an engineering degree in a related field (pharmacist or engineer).
Technical skills

Proficiency in deviation management systems

Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Experience in an aseptic environment or knowledge of microbiology would be a plus

The salary range for this position is :€42 400,00 - €56 533
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
