Your tasks and responsibilities in this position include:

Independent technical and administrative processing (planning, implementation, commissioning, post-project review, as well as budget planning and cost control) of projects inside and outside of pharmaceutical production

Supplier evaluation, supplier selection, coordination of suppliers, as well as monitoring and assessment of suppliers

Development of synergies and coordination between interdependent projects
-
Direct collaboration with production areas and their support functions (Quality/EHS/Qualification and Validation)
-
Ensuring internal safety and environmental standards as well as legal regulations during the planning and implementation of projects
-
Identifying optimization potential regarding supply security, energy savings, and cost savings, and driving their implementation

Creation and review of GMP-relevant documentation

Subsystem owner EHS Standards

Subsystem owner Quality Standards
For this position, you bring the following qualifications:

Project management training
-
Engineer (Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering) or Industrial Engineer with relevant professional experience (preferably in a GMP environment)

Strong cost, quality, and service awareness

Technical understanding to support the technical aspects of projects
-
Proficient in the use of the MS Office package (incl. MS Project)

Very good communication skills (German and English)

Proactive, pragmatic, and organized personality with team spirit

The minimum salary is EUR 61.300 gross/year; willingness to overpay depending on the qualification profile and professional experience is given.
