About the Job
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the continuous operation of production equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and the use of basic hand tools, with the goal of converting inputs into semi-finished products. You will carry out and correctly follow the activities mentioned in manufacturing instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and any other document used in the tasks specific to production areas, such as: material preparation, sterilization, and aseptic filling. You will also carry out manufacturing activities within the required safety, quality, and productivity levels.
Additionally, you will be responsible for applying the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality in accordance with your functions and responsibilities described in the manual, procedures, and related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, update, and comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring data integrity, accurate documentation, GMP/GDP compliance, and continuous training for yourself and the team.

Operate, prepare, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment, including the assembly of detachable parts, cleaning, and routine inspections to ensure safe, efficient operations that comply with established standards.

Monitor critical process parameters and equipment performance, identifying and reporting deviations, operational failures, and risks, ensuring that processes remain within controlled and validated conditions.

Support equipment validation and qualification activities, as well as the management of change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and investigations, contributing to the timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Execute activities related to the receipt, storage, supply, and transfer of materials, raw materials, waste, and products, supporting sterilization, depyrogenation, and aseptic filling processes in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

Drive operational excellence by tracking manufacturing indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Promote a culture of Quality, Safety, and HSE through compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting environmental monitoring and sampling, participating in risk analyses and incident investigations, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion.
About You

Previous experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance processes in the pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare industries.

Education: Preferably a high school diploma or technical degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or Industrial or Pharmaceutical Chemistry fields.

Soft and technical skills:

Preferably pharmaceutical and aseptic processes, knowledge of personal protective equipment, basic quality knowledge, and handling of basic manual and power tools.

Knowledge of: Lean manufacturing systems, objective benefit-risk balance.

Results-oriented.

Leadership skills: Communication, troubleshooting, teamwork, emotional intelligence.

Languages: Basic English is desirable.
