As a Production Engineer within our Production team, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring technology transfer projects in production areas, ensuring efficient execution aligned with regulatory and pharmaceutical quality standards. You will actively participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of key technical and operational activities for project success. Ready to get started?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the Gantt chart of the Hexacima Technology Transfer Project in alignment with different project stakeholders.
  • Active participation in meetings with the Global and Local Technology Transfer teams.
  • Management of User Requirements for the different teams required for the project.
  • Quote and manage the CAPEX necessary for the acquisition of equipment and accessories required for the project.
  • Responsible for managing the different Change Controls applicable to the filling and Visual Inspection areas.
  • Coordinate the different Qualification tests of the filling line equipment.
  • Coordinate functional executions on the vial filling line.
  • Communicate progress monthly with the supervision team of the Filling and Visual Inspection areas.

About You

Experience:

Experience in aseptic processes or within the pharmaceutical industry, especially in production and technology transfer areas. Experience in project management and coordination of technical activities will be highly valued.

Soft and Technical Skills:

Education:

University degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemistry, QFI, QFB, or related fields.

Languages: Intermediate English

  • Knowledge of project management and work plan monitoring.

  • Proficiency in MS Project and planning tools.

  • Knowledge of NOM-059, FDA, and EU Annex 1 regulations.

  • Ability to organize and monitor multiple activities simultaneously.

  • Communication skills and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Analytical capability, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.

  • Experience in supplier coordination and technical delivery monitoring.
