Job Summary: We are recruiting a "Product Manager" to support the growth of the online dating app "Pairs." As a Product Manager, you will focus on proposing and executing user experience improvement initiatives and product enhancement plans. To do this, you need to understand the overall product from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives and apply these insights to strategy development. Additionally, proactive initiative is required to accelerate product growth while collaborating with various functions.

What You'll Do:
- Develop initiatives to improve product KPIs and KGIs
- Create requirement documents (PRD)
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to define detailed specifications and provide development direction
- Work with the analytics team to analyze post-launch data and propose improvements
- Lead approval and sharing processes with stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Ability to make logical decisions based on data
- Communication skills to help stakeholders understand your intent and strategy
- Ability to generate ideas that balance UX and business perspectives
- Fluent Japanese language ability
- English ability to read, write, and hold simple conversations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using dating apps
- Experience using online dating services
- Data analysis skills using SQL
- Business efficiency improvement skills using AI tools
