Overview
You will join the Product Development area at Intesa Sanpaolo Protezione, contributing to the development and evolution of the Retail insurance offering in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
You will oversee the entire product development process, from concept to Product Oversight Governance, collaborating with various business functions.
You will contribute to defining business requirements for IT development, conducting market analysis, and drafting product documentation, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and a strong competitive positioning of the offering.
What will your activities be
- Oversee the development process of new products and offering redesigns, from concept definition through Product Oversight Governance process management
- Execute POG monitoring activities and manage relationships with involved departments
- Manage product content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and market positioning, contributing to innovation and customization of insurance solutions
- Define business requirements for IT development of solutions defined in collaboration with departments involved in process digitalization
- Contribute to defining and monitoring the plan for new products/offering modules
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis of main competitors, identifying trends, opportunities, and differentiation levers
- Draft and update the information document, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Execute product tests prior to launch, verifying quality and consistency with defined requirements
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the evolution of the insurance offering, including planning and monitoring of deadlines
Who we are looking for
If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:
- 2-4 years of experience in innovative insurance contexts on Retail Health, Home, Family, and Accident products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, or Engineering
- Knowledge of insurance regulations
- Knowledge of the insurance product development process
- English language proficiency at B2 level
