Join Lunii as a Product Designer!

Integrated into an Impact Team and reporting to Capucine, our CPO, you will work across Lunii's entire digital ecosystem: website, mobile application, desktop application, and internal tools. The scope evolves based on current priorities, whether related to acquisition, retention, content, or improving user experience.

Your main role: imagine, design, and evolve simple, intuitive, and engaging experiences that meet both the needs of our users and Lunii's business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in discovery phases to understand user and business challenges, identify opportunities, and contribute to defining solutions.

  • Conduct user research (interviews, tests, qualitative and quantitative analyses) and transform insights into concrete recommendations.

  • Design intuitive, consistent web and mobile journeys and interfaces aligned with Lunii's brand universe.

  • Explore multiple design approaches and challenge proposed solutions with Product, Tech, and Data teams.

  • Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

  • Enrich, evolve, and ensure the consistency of our Design System.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of implementation of designed solutions.

  • Define and track performance indicators of designed experiences in collaboration with Product Managers and Data teams.

  • Contribute to spreading Design culture within the company by sharing your expertise and convictions.

Non-exhaustive list.

Lunii recruits and recognizes all talent: we are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, we're waiting for you!

Our ideal profile
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally acquired in BtoC, e-commerce, or SaaS environments, with a good understanding of web and mobile constraints.

  • You possess strong UI and visual design sensitivity, with particular attention to detail and creating intuitive and engaging experiences.

  • You have already worked in close collaboration with developers and understand the technical constraints related to designing digital products.

  • You master the entire design cycle, from understanding user needs to validating solutions, and are comfortable with user research methods.

  • You have already worked in an environment structured around a Design System and know how to evolve it over time.

  • You master Figma as well as research or collaboration tools such as Notion, Dovetail, Miro, or equivalents. Experience with Rive or motion design tools is a plus.

  • Curious, rigorous, and pragmatic, you know how to defend your ideas, welcome feedback, and bridge user needs, design, and business.

  • You enjoy exploring new tools and uses, particularly those related to AI, and think about how they can improve both design practices and user experiences. You wish to evolve in a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
