As a Product Batch Release Lead within our Bulk Release Department, you will ensure the pharmaceutical release of produced batches and guarantee their regulatory compliance. Ready to get started?

You will join a team of 5 people (3 pharmacists and 2 product managers) driven by kindness, rigor, and performance, with the mission of protecting patients by ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

Confirm or refuse the release of pharmaceutical batches as a Qualified Person, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (Annex 16)

Analyze all production and quality control data to ensure the regulatory compliance of batches before they are placed on the market

Drive continuous product improvement through monitoring of robustness, trend detection, and approval of annual product reviews

Ensure the compliance of marketing documents, validate manufacturing dossiers, and follow up on country-specific complaints

Collaborate with production, quality, analytical, regulatory affairs teams, and other group sites for product transfers

Participate in health authority inspections and audits and respond to their specific requests

Train teams involved in the release process and contribute to continuous improvement projects

About you
Experience:
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in production, quality control, or quality assurance
Technical and interpersonal skills:

Rigor and ability to analyze and synthesize complex data

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Customer and results-oriented to meet release commitments

Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality processes and Veeva tools
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (thesis completed)
Languages:
- English level B2 (upper intermediate)

The salary range for this position is: €48,000.00 - €64,000
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
