You act as a lead engineer within larger projects and independently take on the role of project engineer in smaller trajectories. In addition, you are a subject matter expert within your field and actively contribute to knowledge development and coaching within the team.

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Bio)chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or similar
  • At least 5–10 years of relevant work experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge of automated systems
  • Experience with process engineering and project-based work
  • Good skills in technical writing and designing process technical installations
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements
  • Experience with executing projects and stakeholder management
  • Team player with a result-oriented mindset
  • Good command of Dutch and English
