Salary Conditions
2 500 EUR/month
We are open to discussing a salary starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience. Bonuses average about 40% of the annual salary, depending on the achievement of individual and group goals, and are paid semi-annually.
If you have senior experience (more than 5 years of practice), we offer a fixed salary commensurate with your experience.
Purpose and Scope of the Job
We are looking for an experienced private banker who understands the world of investments and can build long-term relationships with creditworthy clients. If you have experience with investment products, can understand clients' individual needs and propose tailor-made solutions, we would be glad to meet you.
In this position with us, you will:
- actively search for and approach potential clients and present them with private banking services,
- build and develop long-term relationships with private banking clients,
- analyze client needs and propose suitable investment and banking solutions,
- regularly inform clients about the status, structure and development of their managed assets,
- present clients with new investment options, products and services of the bank,
- prepare the documentation needed to conclude contracts,
- provide comprehensive service to clients in cooperation with other bank departments,
- actively work on developing the client portfolio and business results.

Required Experience
The position suits candidates with the following education:
- university degree, second level (economics)
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
Do you have experience with investments and with clients who expect a high level of expertise and an individual approach? Do you understand finance, can you present yourself professionally and naturally build trust?
For this position, we would appreciate it if you have:
- at least 3 years of experience in banking or in selling investment products,
- experience working with creditworthy clientele,
- a good overview of financial, investment and banking products,
- the ability to identify client needs and propose individual solutions,
- excellent communication, business and presentation skills,
- a professional and refined manner,
- English at least at B2 level,
- a university degree, second level, ideally in economics.
