Job Description
Your mission
Act as Principal Product Manager – AI Reports, leading the strategy, evolution, and scaling of an AI solution designed to explain complex and extensive credit reports through conversational interaction via chatbot.
The central challenge of this position is to define the product strategy and business model, diagnose adoption barriers when necessary, and drive real traction with customers.
A strong consultative mindset is expected, capable of translating a product into a clear value proposition for the market, in close partnership with Credit Reports, Sales, and teams, while defining the technical direction and roadmap necessary to support scaling.
More than evolving features, this person will be responsible for defining the business foundations of the product: how it generates value, how it should be positioned and priced, and how it should evolve technologically to sustain that positioning and expand business opportunities for the Company.
What will your day-to-day look like?
The context of the initiative involves scaling the product, with strong interaction with Sales and Reports teams, mapping pain points and opportunities, defining the value proposition, evaluating and building the monetization path together with responsible areas.
• Lead the day-to-day of the dedicated AI Reports Squad, translating strategic objectives into clear product initiatives.
• Diagnose possible adoption barriers for the product: technical, commercial, positioning, or process-related, define the action plan to overcome them and implement it.
• Define the product vision, value proposition, and evolution principles of the AI Reports experience for different customer segments.
• Lead continuous discovery focused on personas, jobs to be done, journeys, and pain points related to understanding complex credit reports.
• Support the Sales team in building the business case and offering strategy, providing product insights, usage data, and positioning guidance.
• Continuously align with the Reports team, ensuring consistency between the product vision and domain knowledge about credit reports.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, in partnership with Design, Tech Lead, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Define the best ways to apply technology for product evolution, balancing cost, technical complexity, and delivered value.
• Evaluate and structure revenue opportunities, including defining costs and product viability model.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders, with a high degree of ambiguity.
• Monitor usage metrics, adoption, and impact of the solution, guiding product decisions based on data.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, governance, and approval needs related to AI features and use cases.
• Be the primary product voice for the initiative, connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Credit Services, Legal, Analytics, and leadership.
Required Profile
• Capable of transforming complex problems into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and actionable roadmap.
• Hands-on, with a sense of ownership and strong analytical capability.
• Strong communication and influence skills with senior stakeholders and ability to navigate between technical audiences, business areas, and executive leadership.
• Results-oriented profile, capable of working closely and proactively with the Sales area.
Mandatory Requirements
• Solid experience as Principal Product Manager or equivalent, in regulated and highly complex environments.
• Fluent/advanced English
• Experience driving products that need to be scaled in terms of adoption.
• Experience conducting discovery with customers, including interviews, journey mapping, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in high-ambiguity contexts.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams in building business cases and offering strategy.
• Experience working in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product evolution, and squad execution.
• Experience collaborating closely with Design and Engineering in building digital products.
• Hands-on profile, with strong analytical capability and sense of ownership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers, business areas, and technical stakeholders.
Differentiators
• Experience with AI or GenAI-enabled products, especially in explainability and human decision support contexts.
• Knowledge of journeys related to credit, fraud, KYC, AML, or onboarding.
• Experience with API-based platforms, data ecosystems, and modular architectures.
• Experience with products requiring auditability, governance, and compliance.
• Familiarity with tools that support product management and collaboration in agile environments, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration with Design in tools such as Figma.
