In this role, you will support all the various F&B departments with everything they need for daily operations—whether in the NENI restaurant, the Monkey Bar, or the Nomad Bar. We look forward to welcoming you as an intern (m/f/d) at our hotel in Berlin.
Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You ensure accurate billing and clean administrative processes
- You assist with budget preparation and keep an eye on evaluations and analyses in the F&B area
- You support the ordering process and optimal inventory management, and step in when colleagues from purchasing or the restaurant are on vacation
- As a trained hospitality professional, you never lose track of things, even when one project follows the next
Qualifications

- You ensure smooth operations, clean tables, and tidy workspaces at your station so that you can work hand-in-hand as a team—even when all guests arrive at the same time
- You stand for the high standard of our food and inspire your colleagues to provide an equally special service experience
- You never run empty-handed and always bring a 'wow' to the guest's face
- You support the implementation of various F&B projects
