Salary terms
1 850 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 550 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your skill – it can be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1000 EUR depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

- take care of premium clients,
- sell all banking products and services from the VÚB bank portfolio,
- actively approach (by phone and in person) current and potential clients from the premium client segment,
- identify various business opportunities.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- minimum 2 years of banking experience
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience,
- you have completed at least secondary education with a high school diploma,
- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
- you have a salesperson's spirit,
