Salary conditions
1 850 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 550 EUR, plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your skills, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1000 EUR, depending on the fulfilment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

- looking after high-net-worth clients,
- selling all banking products and services from the VÚB Bank portfolio,
- actively approaching current and potential clients in the high-net-worth segment (by phone and in person),
- looking for various business opportunities.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of banking experience
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least 2 years of banking experience,
- have completed at least secondary education with a high school diploma,
- enjoy communicating,
- are friendly and can work both independently and in a team,
- have a salesperson's spirit,
- want to find the most suitable solution for clients,
- are willing to work on yourself and develop.
