Salary conditions
1 750 EUR/month
Starting base salary is 1 450 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 300 EUR and depends on your skills – it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 1000 EUR depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you can receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

- taking care of premium clients,
- selling all banking products and services from VÚB bank's portfolio,
- actively (by phone and in person) approaching current and potential clients from the premium client segment,
- identifying various business opportunities.

- Performance-based compensation. Once a year you receive a bonus whose amount depends on the achievement of company and your individual targets.
