Salary conditions
1 500 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 300 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 700 EUR, depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months, a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary awaits you.

- take care of premium clients,
- sell all banking products and services from the VÚB Bank portfolio,
- actively approach (by phone and in person) current and potential clients from the premium client segment,
- identify various business opportunities.

Required experience
The position suits candidates with the following education:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- minimum 2 years of banking experience
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of banking experience,
- you have completed at least secondary education with a high school diploma,
- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
- you have the spirit of a salesperson,
- you want to find the most suitable solution for clients,
- you are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- you are willing to work on yourself and keep developing.
