Salary Conditions
2,050 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1,650 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful onboarding is around 400 EUR and depends on your skills, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 1,800 EUR, depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

As a Personal Banker, your tasks will be:
- looking after Magnifica clients,
- identifying client needs, analyzing their requirements and finding the most ideal solutions for them,
- providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- building a relationship of trust with clients,
- continuously learning about developments in the world of finance and growing professionally.

Required Experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
Experience in the position/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- are familiar with bank and investment products,
- have argumentation skills and a commercial spirit,
- are a trustworthy and reputable person,
- an advantage is English and an education in economics.
