Salary conditions
2 200 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 800 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, so it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around 1 800 EUR, depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months, there is an opportunity to receive an adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary. For work in a business centre, we will additionally reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR.

In the role of Personal Banker, your tasks will be:
- looking after Magnifica clients,
- identifying clients' needs, analysing their requirements and finding the ideal solutions for them,
- providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- building a trusted relationship with clients,
- continuously learning about developments in the world of finance and growing professionally.

- Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (3rd pillar).

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
Experience in the role/field:
- at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in direct sales of financial products,
- you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of virtual environments,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find the optimal solution,
- banking and investment products are not foreign to you,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- you are a trustworthy and upright person,
- an advantage is English language skills and an economics-related education.
