Salary conditions
€2,150/month
The starting base salary is €1,750 + monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around €400 and depends on your skills – it could be more. Quarterly bonuses average around €1,800 depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, there is an opportunity to receive an adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary. For work in a shopping center, we will additionally reward you with a monthly allowance of €150.

In the position of Personal Banker, your tasks will be:
- taking care of Magnifica clients,
- identifying client needs, analyzing their requirements, and finding the ideal solutions for them,
- providing expert advice on products and services to existing and potential clients from the affluent client portfolio,
- building a trusting relationship with clients,
- continuously educating yourself about developments in the world of finance and growing professionally.

Required experience
The position is suitable for candidates with education:
- secondary education with school-leaving examination
Experience in the position/field:
- minimum 2 years of experience with direct sales of financial products
Required skills, qualifications, and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience with direct sales of financial products,
- you can actively use MS Office and are not afraid of a virtual environment,
- you enjoy communicating and can help clients find an optimal solution,
- banking and investment products are not unfamiliar to you,
- you have argumentation skills and a business spirit,
- you are a trustworthy and respectable person,
- an advantage is English language skills and education in economics.
