Job Title: Pensions and Investments Administrator

Location: Dublin. Hybrid mode.

Salary range: 32 000-36 000 base salary, 10% Non-Contributory Pension (matched up to a further 2%), Funded Industry Qualifications, Benefit Allowance, Hybrid working .

We offer salaries within the stated pay range. Typically, new hires start at the lower end of the range, though recognition of relevant experience and prior service may result in a higher starting salary.

About the Role

As a Pensions and Investments Administrator, you’ll be part of a team that puts customers at the heart of everything. You’ll help people make informed decisions about their financial future, and ensure their requests are handled with care, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to individuals and intermediaries.
  • Accurately process customer requests and administration tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Build trust and rapport in every interaction.
  • Spot opportunities to retain and grow customer relationships.
  • Ensure all actions meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Identify and help resolve root causes of recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Communicate effectively and empathetically.
  • Stay organised and manage your time well.
  • Work collaboratively with others.
  • Bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • QFA qualification (or working towards it) is a plus, but not essential.
