Assisting with activities of daily living; time appropriate, bedtime, morning routine. Use your own initiative regarding medical interventions and escalate when appropriate. Providing implementation of therapeutic programmes as directed by professionals. Provide personal care, complete washing and dressing routines, and apply sleep system. Undertake mandatory and bespoke training in line with clients’ needs and requirements. Provide management of seizures, administration of recovery medication as and when required. Observations and monitoring throughout the night. Preparing meal blends as guided by the client’s mum and offering suitable hydration and flushes. Administering of prescribed and PRN medication as per the client support plan and eMAR chart. Reporting all concerns to the client’s case management team and her mum. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and become familiar with the client’s communication style. Provide support with nasal suctioning when required. Special Requirements: Car driver is preferred but not essential
