As an Operations Manager within our Vaccines team, you will ensure Sanofi's leadership in Vaccines through continuous improvement in relationships with the public channel and interaction with various stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders. You will provide greater oversight of various processes with OPS to manage the inclusion of new technologies in this public network and obtain control from an operational perspective. Key Responsibilities:

Identify business opportunities and manage the sale of vaccines at the public level, generating sell-out and order tracking to ensure the development of the public market and sales objectives

Monitor vaccination coverage at the national level, generating strategic plans for the inclusion of new vaccines for the country, identifying improvement proposals or initiatives that optimize their management

Ensure correct monitoring and compliance with the segment's sales and expense budget, generating MINSA documentary procedures, monitoring the health coverage platform, and tracking the execution of health investment budgets

Analyze the competition by collecting and communicating market insights and commercial proposals that allow for anticipation and decision-making, ensuring an impact on objectives and aligning priorities to achieve common goals

Maintain constant interaction with multiple stakeholders in COPAC countries to analyze public operations and generate reports that allow for better decision-making in the ecosystem

Ensure resource optimization and logistical coordination of imports/exports, generating optimal franchise tracking for YF, RAB, and TdAP

Maintain deep knowledge of both the national and international market, allowing for correct decision-making and analysis of opportunities in public markets (BI) that lead to actionable tactics
About You

Experience: Creation and deployment of commercial strategies through pharmaceutical distributors.

Soft and technical skills: Handling data and information for decision-making. Assertive communication, good relationship building, and negotiation skills.

Education: Professional degree in administrative, financial, and/or related fields.

Languages: Intermediate-high English.
