Under the guidance of the Commercial Head and the Customer Engagement Manager, you will assist with various tasks in marketing and sales, as well as at the interface with Medical.

For our location in Vienna, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for administrative support of the Marketing Oncology team for 6 months, starting immediately.
Main tasks:
▪ Optimal support in Product Management, all marketing activities such as approval processes, agency interface management
▪ Organization of congresses and events locally and internationally
▪ Support in the creation of presentations
▪ Interface to the field sales force, Commercial Head, and Medical Engagement Manager
▪ Creation of projects, assistance with budget preparation and processing
▪ Contract creation for speakers and other KOL engagements
About you
▪ Good English skills (written and spoken)
▪ Proficiency in Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
▪ Team spirit
▪ Confident personality with a high sense of personal responsibility
▪ Organizational talent, accuracy, communication skills
▪ Ideally experience in the marketing field
