Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a professional with a solid background and experience in Occupational Safety, but with a multifunctional profile and an interest in working broadly across Facilities, Real Estate, and strategic corporate projects.
Although Occupational Safety is a fundamental competency for the position, it is important to highlight that it will represent only a part of the job's responsibilities. The professional will dedicate a significant portion of their time to administrative, operational, and strategic activities, including preparing management reports, developing indicators, preparing presentations and executive summaries for leadership, and managing processes, vendors, and corporate initiatives.
the position will also have strong participation in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects, integrations, expansions, and office consolidations. Previous experience in M&A is not required, as the processes, methodologies, and routines will be taught and developed by the area's leadership. However, curiosity, analytical capacity, flexibility, and a willingness to work on different business fronts are expected.
Key Responsibilities
Occupational Safety
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, Regulatory Standards (NRs), and corporate requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health and Safety programs for offices in different regions of Brazil.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Prepare and monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
- Manage vendors and consultancies related to Occupational Safety.
- Act as a technical reference for employee health, safety, and well-being topics.
Facilities, Real Estate, and Administrative Management
- Support and lead initiatives related to Facilities and Real Estate operations.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, indicators, and executive presentations.
- Develop executive summaries to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor contracts, vendors, operational controls, and administrative processes.
- Support budget planning, governance, and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in transformation, standardization, and operational efficiency projects.
M&A and Corporate Transformation Projects
- Participate in integration, expansion, and office consolidation projects.
- Support Facilities and Workplace initiatives related to M&A processes.
- Work in conjunction with areas such as Facilities, Real Estate, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
- Contribute to strategic growth and organizational transformation initiatives.

This position is intended for professionals who wish to expand their scope beyond traditional Occupational Safety responsibilities. We are looking for someone capable of combining technical knowledge with strong performance in Facilities, Real Estate, administrative management, and strategic M&A projects, contributing significantly to the results and evolution of the organization.
Qualifications
Experience and Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Safety.
- Solid experience in Occupational Safety in corporate environments.
- Experience in preparing executive reports, management presentations, and analyzing indicators.
- Experience with Facilities, Real Estate, Workplace, or project management will be considered a plus.
- Advanced to fluent English is mandatory, due to frequent participation in meetings, forums, presentations, and interactions with global leadership and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in M&A is a plus.
