Salary conditions
2 150 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 750 EUR plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill, so it may be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 2000 EUR, depending on the achievement of individual and branch targets. For working in the business center, we will also reward you with a monthly allowance of 150 EUR.
Purpose and scope of work
YOUR ROLE AS A MORTGAGE SPECIALIST WILL BE:

independently selling mortgage loans and providing complete services to company clients who are interested in mortgage loans

meeting high demands for fulfilling the business plan in the area of mortgage loans, as well as for cross-selling other bank products

developing your own activities to support fulfilment of the plan
-
benefiting from a motivating remuneration system built on a significant commission component (on a monthly basis)

appreciating a transparent and fair system of further career advancement to management positions based on achieved results

keeping up with continuous training and professional growth (numerous internal trainings, workshops, self-study)

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if:
- you have at least a secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (maturita),
- you have at least 2 years of experience,
- you enjoy communicating,
- you are friendly and can work both individually and in a team,
