Salary conditions
2 000 EUR/month
The starting base salary is 1 600 EUR plus monthly commission and quarterly bonuses. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 400 EUR and depends on your skill; it can be higher. Quarterly bonuses average around 2 000 EUR, depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

As a mortgage specialist with us, you will:

independently sell mortgage loans and provide complete services to company clients who are interested in mortgage loans

face high demands for meeting the business plan for mortgage loans, as well as for cross-selling other bank products

carry out your own activities to support fulfilling the plan

benefit from a motivating remuneration system built on a significant commission component (on a monthly basis)

appreciate a transparent and fair system of further career growth into management positions based on achieved results

Meal allowance fully paid by the employer, with no employee contribution.

Up to 10 days of paid leave beyond the statutory requirement each year.

Required experience
Candidates with the following education are suitable for the position:
- secondary education with a high school diploma (maturita)
- Experience in the position/field
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
You are a suitable candidate for us if you have:
- experience with active sales of mortgage loans - A REQUIREMENT,
- demonstrable excellent business results in the past,
- a passion for sales,
- integrity and trustworthiness.
