We are looking for a professional to join our Credit Modeling Team — an environment where data, technology, and business go hand in hand to transform strategic decisions.
The power of data is in our DNA. It is from this that we develop analytical solutions capable of enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our clients' decisions. We use advanced statistical techniques and Machine Learning, exploring data from across the organization to build credit risk models customized to the needs of each business. These models are essential tools for our clients to optimize and maximize their decisions.
Our mission is to support clients and partners with analytical intelligence applied to business.
Key responsibilities
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python;
- Manipulate, explore, and analyze large databases using Python;
- Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making;
- Interpret analytical results, evaluating their coherence, relevance, and impact on the business;
- Translate complex technical analyses and concepts into clear and objective insights, suitable for different audiences, including clients from various segments and internal areas.

- • Solid experience in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and the development of statistical and Machine Learning models;
- • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact easily with internal and external clients;
