The Controller will always be the company to which you are applying for the position (also referred to hereinafter as "Controller" or "we", "us", "our", etc.). Regardless of which of the above-mentioned Sanofi companies is the Controller, the principles of processing Personal Data in the recruitment process are identical.

d. from internet portals where you publicly post information about your professional experience, education, interests, career path to date, etc. (e.g., LinkedIn).

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

We will process your Personal Data for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the specific job position you are applying for. If, as a result of recruitment, you are hired, we will process your Personal Data within employment processes. Detailed information on the processing of employee personal data will be provided to you at the stage of concluding an employment contract.

Data Collection Rules

Providing Personal Data is mandatory to the extent specified in Article 22¹ § 1 and 4 of the Labour Code. Any additional information is provided voluntarily by giving consent to its processing.
