About the position:

Lead the execution of local marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing their impact on business results.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

  • Define and lead the comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline) and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement 360° campaigns, maximizing impact on awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Manage media strategy (paid, owned & earned), optimizing investment and channel mix to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead creative development, ensuring that concepts, messages and pieces reflect brand positioning and generate market differentiation.
  • Oversee and coordinate with creative agencies, media agencies and external partners, guaranteeing quality, timelines and KPI compliance.
  • Translate consumer insights, data and market trends into actionable strategies that strengthen the brand's value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and brand action performance, generating continuous learning and data-driven optimization.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the brand book and visual guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, B2B, Operations, PR) to ensure integrated and aligned execution.
  • Manage marketing and media budget, prioritizing high-impact and efficient investments.
  • Identify opportunities for creative innovation and new formats, driving differentiated initiatives that strengthen brand positioning.
  • Lead and develop the marketing/creative team, promoting a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Professional in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
  • +5 years of experience in marketing, leading comprehensive brand, media and campaign strategies in dynamic environments, with a focus on impact and business results.
  • Previous experience leading teams or projects, with the ability to organize, prioritize and mobilize others toward results.
  • Mastery of digital channels and media ecosystem: social networks, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), among others, with understanding of customer journey and objectives by channel.
  • Strong communication skills, storytelling and creative thinking, with the ability to transform insights into high-impact proposals.
  • High capacity for organization, planning and management of multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus on quality and timelines.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics, interpret results and make decisions based on performance.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented profile focused on results, with a continuous improvement mindset.
