Main tasks/responsibilities
· Core activities:
Performs preventive, corrective, and maintenance tasks on site machinery and equipment, and repairs assigned equipment and tools in accordance with applicable regulations. Maintains assigned machines and equipment based on the annual maintenance plan.
Within their core activities, performs all tasks for which they have been authorized based on their training, or as instructed or authorized by the PCU Maintenance Manager/Area Maintenance Manager.
Adheres to current procedures and technical specifications to ensure product quality.
Responsible for the proper quality and cost-effective execution of assigned maintenance operations and troubleshooting.
· Process control:
Performs necessary checks; in case of non-compliance, notifies those in the direct line of command or the area production managers. Contributes to resolving non-compliance and makes recommendations if necessary.
· Condition monitoring, care, and preservation:
Contributes to the preservation of operated equipment, technology, buildings, and tools to ensure long-term, reliable operation. Forwards observations to the relevant area maintenance and production managers.
· Troubleshooting technical faults:
Ensures the efficient and cost-effective resolution of technical faults and the reliable operation of equipment. Monitors and continuously improves the troubleshooting process and checks its effectiveness.
· Efficiency improvement:
Possesses, uses, and improves corporate efficiency tools and standards at a skilled level.
Evaluates the performance of the technology under their supervision daily and informs their manager during regular coordination meetings.
Proposes efficiency improvements and takes measures to achieve expected objectives, with particular regard to machine performance indicators; proposes solutions for priority problems, keeping quality expectations in mind.
Qualifications and experience:
- Higher education degree in engineering
- Training, qualification, and experience in maintenance
- Thorough equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Practical knowledge of procurement systems and CMMS
- Precision maintenance concepts

The salary range for this position is :Ft9 523 200,00 - Ft12 697 600
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
