Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategies in collaboration with the Lead Product Manager to maximize business in the lung cancer therapeutic area.

  • Manage projects, including various planning and review opportunities (BPF: Brand Plan Framework), to drive growth in the lung cancer business based on strategic planning.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct environmental analysis using various data sources (sales performance of target market products, market research, etc.) utilizing Excel and other tools.

  • Lead the comprehensive progress management of cross-functional tasks related to lung cancer product strategy and tactical execution.

  • Collaborate closely with BE (Brand Engagement) stakeholders responsible for leading tactical plans to develop and prepare tactics.

  • Improve marketing initiatives to realize "To Serve Patients" through regular discussions with relevant departments, including the Medical department.

  • Take a leading role in discussions to ensure strong collaboration with the Oncology Business Unit sales department for the actual deployment of strategies/tactics under consideration.

  • Report directly to the Associate Director of Solid Tumor Marketing.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing within the solid tumor field (specifically the lung cancer field).

  • Data analysis skills using Excel formats.

  • Ability to take initiative for the team and organization, with high communication skills.

  • Ability to act with a strong sense of ethics, comply with compliance standards, and fulfill accountability.

  • Resilience: Ability to persist in achieving goals when facing difficulties.

  • Agility: Ability to accurately grasp situations and respond flexibly and quickly to environmental changes.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with sales organizations and sales support organizations, and to make strategic and proactive proposals when necessary.

  • Business-level English communication skills (ability to write documents, conduct meetings, participate in discussions, and deliver presentations in English).
