Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Neuromorphic Systems

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Neuromorphic Systems . This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to to join a dynamic group of scientists who will be expected to develop a research program, to supervise research students and staff and to actively develop teaching within a inclusive environment.

You will be responsible for: -

  • Leading and conducting original research of the highest international standard in the area neuromorphic systems.
  • Further develop national and international research collaborations.
  • Securing substantial grant and other research income to fund a growing research effort.
  • Attracting and supervising postgraduate research students.

About You

We encourage applications from individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You should demonstrate:

Essential Criteria:

  • A PhD or equivalent (including industrial) experience in neuromorphic engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain research funding and to manage research projects.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise postgraduate students successfully.
