Job description
We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join an international team in charge of collecting, improving the reliability of, and exploiting data from tracking and digital marketing environments. This is a from-scratch project focused on innovation!
Your main responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP

Work on flows from Google Tag Manager and contribute to their reliability

Implement controls and mechanisms to improve the quality, consistency and availability of data

Take part in the transformation and structuring of data to facilitate its use by the Data, Marketing and business teams

Contribute to the design and evolution of the central data platform

Develop and optimize distributed processing and Data pipelines

Take part in technical decisions and the continuous improvement of the Data architecture

Industrialize deployments and infrastructure via Terraform and CI/CD practices

Collaborate with the Data, Cloud, Marketing teams and the various technical contacts on the project.

Ensure the quality, maintainability and performance of developments.

Qualifications
- You hold an engineering degree / Master's level (Bac+5) in data
- You have 5 years of experience in Data Engineering in a GCP cloud environment
- You have a strong command of GCP, with hands-on experience with services such as BigQuery and Dataflow
- You develop in Python and/or Java;
- You are proficient in Terraform and Kafka
- You are familiar with CI/CD practices, ideally with GitHub Actions
- You speak English and French
- You are autonomous and proactive in proposing ideas
