IT Technician

We are currently looking for a person to join the Warehouse IT team as an IT Technician.

As part of the team, you will daily support our internal and external customers with all IT matters. There is no time for boredom here - we ensure a variety of tasks! Every day we do everything to continuously improve and accelerate our order process - your achievements can significantly impact customer satisfaction.

Work location - Bydgoszcz

Your daily tasks:

  • Being the first point of contact for all IT-related issues

  • First and second level support for Windows and Linux systems

  • Troubleshooting IT problems at workstations - computers, printers, mobile devices

  • Monitoring IT infrastructure (hardware, TCP/IP, router, Wi-Fi) using available tools

Our requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of networking and server issues (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Windows Server)

  • Education in IT or technical field

  • Fluent Polish and communicative English

  • Availability - we work in shifts between 5:45 and 22:15; we also cover shifts on Saturdays; commuting to work

Nice to have

  • Experience in data protection and security as well as Linux system administration

  • Previous professional experience in first and second level IT support - experience in IT logistics
