Join our team and take ownership of complex transactions, collaborate with key stakeholders and help define the direction of investment banking in VÚB.
🔍 What will you do:
- Contribute to the development of a investment banking and structured finance strategy for the VUB Group.
- Manage teams and staff to accomplish efficient execution transactions and activities and fulfilment of assigned tasks within the area of responsibility and assigned projects.
- Takes a lead role in deal origination and coordination with the various stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality performance of execution teams.
- Be responsible for compliance with working procedures.
- Approve and sign documents within the scope defined in a relevant internal regulation.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge
What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in credit/advisory/consulting/auditing or corporate banking (large corporates)/structured finance depts
- Academic background preferably in Business or Economics
- Knowledge of corporate banking products & environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of financial analysis and good orientation in financial reports
- Strong client facing and negotiating skills
- Excellent presentation skills, fluent in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Confident, high level of motivation and proactivity
- Willingness to bring value and new ideas in all activities
- Attitude to work in an international environment
