Job Description
- Individual Labor Law
- Participate in the management and monitoring of individual situations: disciplinary procedures, severance agreements, termination procedures, international mobility
- Answer questions from operational teams or HR and payroll teams on labor law, advice on individual issues
- Legal research
- Collective Labor Law
- Participate in the management of the Works Council of the UES: organization of meetings, preparation of documentation and consultations, etc.
- Update the BDESE of the UES
- Participate in recurring or one-off HR projects: gender equality action plans, internal regulations review, development of employee savings plans, on-call duty reform, etc.
- Legal research

Ensure compliance with labor law, collective agreements and internal administrative procedures across all Group companies

Litigation
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of litigation cases (CPH)
Qualifications
