Job Description
- Lead strategic projects with the team/squad, designing and implementing 360° marketing plans, ensuring excellent execution within deadlines and budgets, with continuous monitoring of goals and KPIs to ensure results.
- Develop and propose creative actions and innovative strategies, aligned with the company's OKRs and the objectives of Serasa Experian's corporate areas, promoting the best experience for employees and strengthening the brand's presence with external audiences.
- Identify opportunities and propose solutions for challenges mapped or pointed out by the business, acting proactively in the continuous improvement of processes and initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least advanced English proficiency, capable of conducting meetings and preparing presentations.
- Previous experience/knowledge in the Internal Communication discipline is ideal.
