Position Description:
Proactively promote and introduce company products within designated regions, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with healthcare institutions, ensure achievement of company promotion targets, and maintain market share and growth rates for company products.
Job Responsibilities:
Regional Targets
- Achieve target sales performance, market share, and growth rates for designated products within assigned regions, and effectively utilize resources while controlling expenses
- Develop and implement visit plans for healthcare institutions according to company-specified coverage and visit frequency requirements
- Use appropriate promotion techniques and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including addressing concerns) to healthcare institutions, ensuring they understand and accept product features and benefits
- Maintain high professional standards in visits, continuously improve healthcare institution satisfaction, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
- Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure growth in company product market share
- Execute company market development strategies and plans, and complete new product market entry plans
- Organize distinctive academic activities to promote products according to company promotion strategies
Regional Management
- Through regional target management, establish regional objectives and plans to achieve expected sales targets, market share, and growth rates, and develop potential markets within the region as much as possible
- Establish, regularly update, provide feedback on, and maintain detailed and accurate healthcare institution records, and use this information to develop action plans, schedule visits, and effectively and fully utilize time
- Regularly analyze regional conditions and identify promising markets as development priorities for the region
- Timely inform healthcare institution medical and pharmaceutical staff of information regarding services, products, pricing, supply channels, and market developments
- Track and monitor healthcare institution inventory and procurement to ensure reasonable inventory levels and prevent stockouts
- Ensure monthly product consumption at healthcare institutions and prevent product expiration and returns
- Cooperate with marketing and business departments and maintain good business relationships with hospital experts to ensure success in bidding and medical insurance formulary reviews
- Understand competitive products and competitor activities, collect market information on competitors, promptly report to supervisors, and provide relevant suggestions
- Timely and accurately complete all required reports
- Effectively and reasonably use company expenses and resources
Product Knowledge
- Master comprehensive and continuously updated product knowledge to ensure product promotion information is consistent with company marketing department
- Through continuous learning, become familiar with product-related materials and apply them skillfully and flexibly
- Fully study and utilize other materials provided by the marketing department to facilitate product promotion
- Read various medical journals, articles, and reports related to products
- Understand relevant knowledge of competitors' similar products
Professional Conduct
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and financial systems in product promotion and daily work, and ensure personal conduct aligns with company ethical standards and principles
- Maintain a good professional image, dress according to professional standards, and conduct yourself in accordance with company requirements
- Demonstrate dedication and actively engage in assigned work
Team Collaboration
- Actively participate in team activities
- Share and exchange information with colleagues, help each other, and promote mutual development of individuals and teams
- Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Associate degree or above; Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields preferred
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative in hospitals; experience with multinational pharmaceutical companies preferred
Skills:
