Job Description
Objectives:
Develop practical experience in business analysis applied to technology and digital transformation initiatives. Strengthen skills to identify needs, document requirements, and propose solutions that generate value for users and business areas. Apply data analysis, process improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration to support decisions and technology project deliverables.
Task Description:
- Support the gathering of needs with users and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, processes, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports or dashboards that facilitate the identification of trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Map current and proposed processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the definition of digital solutions.
- Provide support in the prioritization and traceability of requirements, keeping project documentation up to date.
- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing, record findings, and follow up on their resolution.
- Monitor indicators, milestones, risks, and pending items; prepare executive reports and progress presentations.
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Operations, and other business teams to align needs and deliverables.
- Apply best practices for documentation, version control, information security, and continuous improvement.
Profession:
Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields. Intermediate English. From the 8th semester onwards.
Experience/Knowledge: Not essential.
- Artificial Intelligence (Generative, Machine Learning, or AI tools applied to business).
- Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools.
- Process automation (Power Automate, RPA, or other similar platforms).
- Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and collaborative tools.
- Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban).
- Data analysis and process modeling.
- Databases, SQL, and basic programming concepts.
