Salary conditions
from 3,000 EUR/month
We offer salary negotiation starting at this amount. The final salary level depends on professional qualifications and experience.
Purpose and scope of the role
We are looking for a new addition to the Information Security team!
As our new Information Security Specialist, you will mainly be responsible for securing the banking environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operation, administration and development of security technologies (CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IGA, Citrix/NetScaler, Microsoft PKI/ADCS, MOVEit);
- Independently resolving complex incidents, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, serving as the escalation point for more junior colleagues;
- Collaborating with architects and IT teams on the design and configuration of security policies and integrations;
- Patch and change management, maintenance and configuration of systems in line with internal and regulatory requirements;
- Preparing for audits and working with auditors (preparing documentation, records and evidence);
- Preparing technical documentation, operating procedures and audit records of changes;
- Contributing to the improvement of the security architecture and the automation of operational processes.

Required experience
- 5 years of experience in information security, including demonstrable experience administering security or IAM/PAM technologies;
- English language knowledge at B2 level;
- University degree in computer science, electrical engineering or another technical field.
Required skills, qualifications and knowledge
We need you to have experience related to information security and at least some knowledge in one of the following areas:
- In-depth experience with several of the listed platforms (not just one): CyberArk PAM, SailPoint IGA, Citrix/NetScaler, Microsoft PKI, MOVEit;
- Knowledge of Windows/Active Directory and Entra ID, authentication mechanisms (SAML, LDAP, MFA) and the principles of PKI / certificate lifecycle;
- Experience with patch and change management and with audit preparation in a regulated (banking) environment;
- Ability to independently design solutions and lead their implementation;
- Willingness to take part in on-call duty according to the team schedule.
Advantages:
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python);
- Knowledge of email security (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and network protocols;
- Knowledge of banking sector legislation (ZoKB, PSD2, GDPR, DORA) and the ISO 27001 standard;
- Certifications: SEC+, CISSP, CISM.
