Join Lunii as an Industrial Technical Buyer.
Reporting to the Production & Supply Chain team, you will oversee purchases related to our physical products and accessories.
Your role is to contribute to monitoring and securing our industrial suppliers while supporting needs related to new developments and products already in production.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Ensure daily follow-up of relationships and negotiations with our industrial suppliers and partners, primarily in Europe and Asia.

Participate in sourcing new suppliers and launching calls for tenders.

Compare supplier offers and contribute to negotiations: price, MOQ, lead times, deadlines, and commercial terms.

Create and track orders (samples, spare parts, costs related to new product developments) and monitor exchanges related to new product and accessory developments.

Coordinate exchanges between suppliers and internal Product, Production, and Supply teams.

Contribute to monitoring components, accessories, packaging, and technical sub-assemblies.

Participate in identifying component alternatives in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Ensure updating and monitoring of purchasing and supplier documentation.

Participate in monitoring supplier risks, deadlines, and quality issues.

Our ideal profile

You have at least 4 years of experience in industrial procurement, technical purchasing, or physical product environments. Experience in consumer electronics, connected objects, packaging, or manufactured products is a plus.

You have good proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Your English is fluent in both written and spoken form.

You have already worked with European or Asian industrial partners (EMS) and with Asian electronic component suppliers.

You are comfortable in environments combining product, operations, and suppliers.

You can manage multiple topics in parallel with rigor and organization.

You are capable of coordinating different stakeholders and moving projects forward pragmatically.
