Do you have experience with payroll administration and HR software, and would you like to guide organizations in implementing a powerful payroll system? Then we're looking for you! Nmbrs is seeking an Implementation Consultant who helps (future) customers successfully migrate their HR and payroll processes to our software. In this customer-focused role, you'll work with diverse organizations and have a say in the further development of our product.
In this role, you will

support existing customers in optimizing their setup and executing migrations;

guide new customers through migrations and set up processes that best fit their organization;

ensure that new customers can use Nmbrs comfortably and confidently;

visit customers for migrations, which increasingly can also take place remotely;
-
advise potential customers together with the sales team about Nmbrs' capabilities;

consult with product owners about desired new features and product improvements;
-
share knowledge with the support team and mentor new starters in a mentoring role.

What you bring
-
experience with payroll administration and working with payroll software (such as Nmbrs or similar packages);

a PDL certificate, and possibly even an NCP certification;

the ability to take the lead on projects and tasks;

a self-starting attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;

a team-oriented mindset, even in a role that sometimes feels solo.
