Job Description
Position available on permanent contract only
The role will be within the IAM team. The team is responsible for the IAM service from a technical, functional, and process perspective:
- IAM/IAG (Savyint)
- Maintenance and technical and functional enhancements.
- Management of IAM controls: access reviews, application SOD, employee movements, user lifecycle.
- Collaboration with architecture and cross-functional development teams (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Access requests (ServiceNow)
- Product owner of IAM-oriented services
- Technical scope: Azure Cloud, business applications, OKTA, Active Directory, SaaS
Main Responsibilities
- Definition of IAM architecture
- Solution design, technical choices (Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD…), IT integration.
- Technical leadership of teams
- Developer guidance, design validation, code review, incident management.
- Technical development
- Implementation of technical enhancements, integration into the overall technical environment
- Scripting and API development
- Security governance and compliance
- Implementation of controls (SoD, recertification, least privilege)
- Delivery & continuous improvement
- Release management, optimization of IAM workflows (JML, provisioning), performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Very strong mastery of IAM / IGA concepts
- Identity Lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
- Automated Provisioning / Deprovisioning
- Management of roles, application profiles, and entitlements
- SOD (Segregation of Duties): rules, matrices, preventive and post controls
- Access Reviews
Hands-on experience with SAVYINT
Very strong competency in REST API integration
- Design and consumption of REST APIs (JSON, OAuth2, tokens, certificates)
Solid skills in:
- Active Directory / LDAP / Entra ID (Azure AD)
- OKTA (reading, integration, synchronization)
- Certificates, network flows, proxy, firewall
Culture of technical testing, non-regression, and migration (RSA → Saviynt)
