THE OPPORTUNITY:
CONTEXT:
Ivalua is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide advice and deliver a wide range of strategic HR services. As an HRBP, you will work closely with managers and leaders (C-Level) to provide proactive HR advice to their respective organizations.
ROLE
The HRBP advises business leaders to design tailored and pragmatic HR solutions to address challenges across various HR functions: talent management (workforce planning, development, retention, career architecture and succession planning), compensation, organizational design and effectiveness, engagement, culture, diversity and compensation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
This role is built around a dual responsibility:
HRBP Support for the EMEA Region

Labor Relations & Employment Law: Apply your knowledge of employment law and exercise sound judgment to effectively resolve workplace disputes, in partnership with managers and the legal team.

Compensation & Benefits: Provide detailed analysis and insights on compensation issues.

HR Delivery: Ensure end-to-end HR service delivery by maintaining partnerships with all People functions to resolve complex HR issues.

HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives to support growth, talent acquisition, retention and development.

DEI: Drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the region and supported organizations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies across the region.
Organizational Support

Executive Partnership: Collaborate with executives and leaders on a wide range of topics: leadership capability, performance management, pay equity, team effectiveness and organizational alignment.

Performance Management: Provide coaching and expert advice to address performance declines or difficulties within your client scope.

Talent Development: Support leaders in talent management initiatives, L&D (Learning & Development), promotions, career paths, employee engagement, etc.

Coaching & Facilitation: Act as a coach and facilitator for numerous management workshops.

Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning, onboarding and development initiatives to meet the business's short, medium and long-term needs.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts within the organization.

Data & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to inform decision-making.
YOUR PROFILE

Business Acumen: A strong business sense to directly link HR initiatives to financial performance and strategic objectives.

Relationship Building: Ability to build effective business partnerships at all levels of the organization.

Project Management: Strong Project or Program Management skills, from the analysis phase through solution delivery.

Coaching & Facilitation: Proven skills in workshop facilitation and coaching.

HRIS Tools: Experience in designing, configuring or optimizing HRIS solutions (e.g., Compensation and Performance modules) to streamline processes and ensure data reliability.

AI Integration: Practical experience integrating and optimizing AI tools within HR processes to drive innovation and support role evolution.

Influential Communication: Ability to adapt your communication style to influence, facilitate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Frameworks: Demonstrated experience managing salary structures; proven practice with salary review cycles (merit review), pay equity analyses and complex modeling.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify, structure and synthesize information.

Tech / SaaS Sector: Confirmed experience in a high-growth software or global SaaS environment, characterized by a sustained pace.

Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in France, as well as in major EU countries and the United Kingdom.

Education: Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or related field, combined with solid experience applying best practices in international labor relations.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.
