THE OPPORTUNITY:

CONTEXT:

Ivalua is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide advice and deliver a wide range of strategic HR services. As an HRBP, you will work closely with managers and leaders (C-Level) to provide proactive HR advice to their respective organizations.

ROLE

The HRBP advises business leaders to design adapted and pragmatic HR solutions for challenges affecting various HR functions: talent management (workforce planning, development, retention, career architecture, and succession planning), compensation, organizational design and effectiveness, engagement, culture, diversity, and benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

This role is structured around a dual responsibility:

HRBP Support for the EMEA region

  • Employee Relations & Labor Law: Apply your knowledge of labor law and demonstrate sound judgment to effectively resolve professional disputes, in partnership with managers and the legal team.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Provide detailed analysis and insights on compensation issues.

  • HR Delivery: Ensure end-to-end HR service delivery while maintaining partnerships with all People functions to resolve complex HR issues.

  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives to support growth, talent acquisition, retention, and development.

  • DEI: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the region and the organizations supported.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies across the region.

Organizational Support

  • Executive Partnership: Collaborate with executives and leaders on a wide range of topics: leadership capability, performance management, pay equity, team effectiveness, and organizational alignment.

  • Performance Management: Provide expert coaching and advice to address performance issues or difficulties within your client scope.

  • Talent Development: Support leaders in talent management initiatives, L&D (Learning & Development), promotions, career paths, employee engagement, etc.

  • Coaching & Facilitation: Act as a coach and facilitator for numerous Management Workshops.

  • Workforce Planning: Support workforce planning, onboarding, and development initiatives to meet the short, medium, and long-term needs of the business.

  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts within the organization.

  • Data & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.

YOUR PROFILE

Strategic Leadership & Business Impact

  • Business Acumen & Partnership: A strong business sense to directly align HR initiatives with financial performance and overall strategy. Ability to build strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Project Management & Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Project / Program Management (from needs analysis to delivery) combined with an ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex information.
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to negotiate, coach, and adapt your communication to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Facilitation of workshops and change management support.

HR Expertise & Innovation

  • Compensation Frameworks (C&B): Proven practice in managing salary structures, merit review cycles, pay equity analyses, and complex modeling.
  • HRIS & Data Reliability: Experience in designing, configuring, or optimizing HRIS solutions (particularly Compensation and Performance modules) to streamline processes.
  • HR AI Adoption: Practical experience in integrating AI tools into HR processes to drive innovation and support the evolution of roles.
  • Labor Law & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of the legal framework and HR best practices in France, major EU countries, and the UK.

Background & Prerequisites

  • Environment: Confirmed experience in the global Tech / SaaS sector, in a high-growth, fast-paced context.
  • Education: Higher degree (Master's or equivalent) in HR or Business, with solid practice in international labor relations.
  • Languages: Perfect command of French and English (bilingual environment).
