POSTION SUMMARY:
You’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, working closely with the Payroll and People Services teams to support payroll operations and administration across multiple countries. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and associate experience.
You bring strong attention to detail, a structured approach to payroll processes, and hands-on experience with ADP systems. You are comfortable working across country-specific requirements while maintaining consistency in service delivery and controls.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local regulations and company policies

Partner closely with ADP and other payroll vendors to execute payroll cycles, validate outputs, and ensure consistent service delivery across all markets

Process and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, bonuses, and other variable pay elements, ensuring high data integrity

Perform detailed payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization

Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing clear, accurate, and timely support to associates, managers, and HR partners

Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and People Experience teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems (e.g., Workday to ADP) and alignment across processes

Support statutory and compliance requirements, including tax filings, social security contributions, and year-end activities, in partnership with vendors and local stakeholders

Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness, supporting internal and external audit requirements where needed

Contribute to payroll governance by following standardized processes, controls, and documentation, while recognizing and managing country-specific requirements

Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies in payroll processes, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and associate experience

Support and actively contribute to regional payroll initiatives and transformation projects, including process harmonization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts across Europe

Play a role in driving best-in-class payroll operations by sharing insights, supporting standardization, and contributing to the evolution of payroll practices across markets

Participate in testing and implementation of payroll-related system updates, changes, or new country rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering collaboration and accountability in delivering high-quality payroll services

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline;
-
2-5 years of HR support payroll
-
Experience ideally supporting multiple countries
Skills:
-
Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements
-
Experience working with ADP and payroll vendor management
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
-
Project management experience in payroll implementation (highly preferred)
-
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple payroll cycles simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll topics to non-experts

Organized and structured, with a focus on process consistency and improvement

Collaborative and service-oriented, with a focus on associate experience
