- You actively take part in recruiting employees: writing attractive job postings, publishing them on various platforms and following up with candidates
- Organised and meticulous, you take charge of personnel administration: managing files, tracking schedules, absences, leave... you make sure everything is in order.
- Your good mood is contagious, and thanks to your team spirit, you naturally help bring the company culture to life and share it within the hotel
- You enjoy bringing people together and creating friendly moments to strengthen cohesion? Organising internal events, QWL activities, team highlights... you are always keen to come up with fun and unifying initiatives.
- IT? No problem, you know the systems and can configure accounts for teams
Qualifications
Your experience and personality have that little extra ...
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality or Human Resources
- You have a good command of English
