Responsible for the assessment, planning, resourcing & implementation of the admin support elements of the project programme, thereby supporting all of the project delivery- while acting as a point of contact (internally and externally) for all admin matters.

Responsibilities

  • Management of meeting room diaries, projectors, conference phones, teleconferencing and setup laptops.
  • Manage and resolve Printer issues, control of all photocopier inks and paper.
  • Effective filtering / management of phone calls and maintenance lists.
  • Management of various Registers / receive and dispatch post.
  • Manage and resolve IT issues.
  • Assist with production of ad hoc reports and presentations.
  • Assist with the collation of information for reports / meetings
  • Taking, production and distribution of meeting minutes, as required
  • Holiday/Absence Cover.
  • Ad hoc and other duties as job/Manager requires

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Essential

  • Must have experience of working within a collaborative environment

Desirable

  • Experience as a Project Administrator, with examples of targets reached and how, involvement in quality procedures

Desirable

  • Could hold professional qualification preferably in administration
