Head of Marketing

What awaits you with us:
  • You develop and implement marketing strategies that clearly position our solutions and services and make them visible in the market

  • You plan and execute targeted marketing measures and campaigns in the B2B environment

  • You are a trusted sparring partner for our management level, sales, and recruiting, and bring together positioning, campaigns, and content to generate qualified leads in a predictable manner

  • You work hands-on and strategically with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Salesforce CRM

  • You actively shape the marketing department and organization, take on management and disciplinary responsibility, and drive efficient marketing processes forward – ideally with experience from the IT/software or agency/service sector

What sets you apart:
  • You have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design/Graphics, Media and Communications Management, or similar

  • You bring many years of experience in strategic B2B marketing (ideally in the IT/software or service sector) – with a focus on growth, positioning, and demand generation

  • You design and optimize performance campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and strategically use AI tools to further develop campaigns, content, and analytics more efficiently

  • You act entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and convince through confident, audience-appropriate communication and solid stakeholder management; you bring experience in team leadership

  • You have excellent writing skills and communicate complex content clearly and persuasively

  • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English (at least B2)
